Kelly Cobb was born in Smithfield, North Carolina and graduated from both Meredith College in Raleigh and Appalachian State University in Boone. She is a former teacher and volunteer coordinator and started her real estate career in 1984. Kelly has been the Number One Contract Agent with the Number One Team at Fonville Morisey, a prominent local real estate firm with 850 agents, for more than a decade. Kelly lists, sells, and negotiates for her clients, and she is skillful at matching buyers to the home clients need to sell. An annual winner of numerous awards, in 2001 Kelly was featured as one of REALTOR® Magazine’s “Top 100 Residential Salespeople” nationwide! Kelly co-wrote "Get the Best Deal When Selling Your Home," published in 2005. In August, 2006, Kelly was honored to receive a coveted "Women in Business Award" from the Triangle Business Journal. She is a genuine purveyor of Southern hospitality whose enjoyment of her work has resulted in a growing list of clients, successful business, and smiling friends.
Shelley was born in North Carolina and attended Middle Tennessee State University. She began her career as a REALTOR® in 1990. Shelley is Kelly’s “right arm” and always available as your alternative contact to Kelly. With 21 years of real estate experience and a wide range of talent and knowledge, Shelley monitors and supports every client, staff member and transaction to ensure they are seamless.

Anne is a graduate of Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri and a native of Raleigh. She has been a Kelly Cobb Team member since 1998. Her extensive experience in owning and managing a family business, as well as handling all the closings for the team for many years, allows her to provide stellar representation for buyers.

Janet has lived in Cary since 1975. As a graduate of Winthrop University and a native of Clinton, South Carolina, she joined Kelly in 1997. Her teaching experiences and community volunteering have given her exceptional people skills. Janet will assist in the real estate marketing process and help find you the perfect home. She truly cares about people, and her sensitivity endears her to everyone she meets. Janet represents both buyers and sellers.
Jean Smith, Consultant

Jean is a native of Texas and joined Fonville Morisey in 1978. She has over 29 years of experience in sales, managing, and consulting. This enables Jean to be an important resource to the team and our clients. She is a graduate of Texas Women’s University, past President of the Raleigh Board of REALTORS®, Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year, just to mention a few of the many awards she’s received.
Rose Mary Smith, Listing Manager

Rose Mary is a native of Louisiana but has lived in North Carolina since 1976. She received her BA degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and her MS from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make the listing process go smoothly for our clients. Rose Mary welcomes a challenge and keeps her poise in all her dealings.
Nancy was born in Oregon and joined the Kelly Cobb team in 1996. She has an extensive background in business and accounting and is a definite asset in managing the details of purchasing a home. Nancy can make the home buying experience an enjoyable one through her remarkable skills, knowledge, and experience. Her care and concern for her buyers shows that they are her top priority!
Scooter Holcombe, Sales and Marketing

Scooter earned his business degree at Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina and has spent 20 years in national and international sales and marketing. He joined Fonville Morisey in 1996 and fulfills his buyers’ and sellers’ needs with his diligence and easygoing nature. He joined the Kelly Cobb team in 1999 and keeps technologically current while he is e-Pro certified for Internet real estate marketing.
Susan Lassiter, Sales and Marketing

Susan is a welcome addition to the Kelly Cobb team and will be listing and selling homes in Johnston County. She was born and raised in Smithfield, where she and Kelly were childhood friends. Her focus on community service has led her to serve as past president of the Greater Smithfield-Selma Chamber of Commerce and Habitat for Humanity of Johnston County, former chairman of the Downtown Smithfield Development Corp., a founder of the County YMCA, and a member for eight years of the Smithfield Town Council. She is presently on the Board of Trustees of Centenary United Methodist Church and is vice president of the Johnston County Arts Council.
Wayne Cobb, Buyer Specialist

Wayne is a native of Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University. Wayne moved to the Triangle in 1970 and married Kelly in 1971. He has been a Broker since 1975. He owned a successful property management firm prior to joining Kelly. Now, he works as a buyers’ agent and is adept at handling a diverse set of responsibilities. His warm, gracious personality endears him to all.

Pam joined Fonville Morisey in 1991 and has over 20 years experience in sales and management. A graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Pam and husband, Harry, have lived in Cary since 1976. Pam manages our website e-leads, answering inquiries about our listings and cultivating relationships with those interested in our area and properties.
